silence . . .
the chatter of wind
and bamboo
the chatter of wind
and bamboo
audible silence
talks louder and clearer -
wind through bamboo-forest
talks louder and clearer -
wind through bamboo-forest
- Robert D. Wilson "audible is not needed, as it "is too telling, and is implied by line two. It seems to me that the talkers are objects or plants in nature animated by the wind. If so, this poem has hokku DNA.
Perhaps:
silence . . .
the chatter of wind
and bamboo - Dalvir Gill i did get that in the beginning that as even 'kego' was mis-taken by people then zoka, a much wider/higher/deeper or whatever, more encompassing truth of this oneness, will take longer to be grasped in a way that it can be put on paper. these are just desperate attempts to "stay" in the workshop, i promise i'll come with s'tin better.
- Robert D. Wilson You are a true student of knowledge and refreshingly humble. I will look forward to your posts.
- Don Baird We're not removing anyone that retains a true interest in hokku. Some folks will post more than others, I'm sure. No worry. Just keep the great attitude and post your poems.
